Until recently, it cost upwards of $400 to purchase your full profile of all 34 strengths in order. To take the assessment and know only your top 5 strengths, you had to purchase a book and obtain a one-time-use assessment code. Gallup recently changed its policy to make 2 important changes:
The StrengthsFinder 2.0 also includes access codes to the CliftonStrengths assessment, which you can find inside the back packet. There will be the silver foil which you will need to scratch off with your nail or a coin to get your access codes.
To summarize: CliftonStrengths is the assessment tool and StrengthsFinder 2.0 the book, is the portal (via an access code) to the online assessment (170+ questions) as well as a guide to implement the results.
Please contact us three to four weeks before the session date so that we can help plan your session and provide you with instructions and steps you need to take prior to your workshop. Only one person (faculty member, leader, or group representative) should fill out the form to request this group strengths consultation. Our staff will contact that person to share assessment codes with the group. There is no need for all group members to fill out the form separately.
